Our Story

Built on honesty,
built to last

Construction has been part of our life for as long as we can remember. We started our first business in 2008 and have been building, repairing, and restoring properties across Arizona ever since. That journey taught us what homeowners and property managers actually need: a contractor who shows up, does the work right, and keeps you informed from start to finish.

Transparency is what sets Morris Co apart. We walk you through every step of a project so you always know what is happening, why it is happening, and what it costs. No surprise charges. No vague timelines. Just clear, honest communication from the first call to the final walkthrough.

We used David for two jobs and were very pleased with his work. Th first was to change out our deck to a composite which went very well and the second was to paint our home. On both jobs his pricing was fair, work was great, and most importantly they showed up when they said they were going to. We will use his team again for future jobs.

Dave put a new roof on my house in Show Low. Excellent and timely service. He worked well with my insurance adjuster, even made suggestions they agreed with. Kudos to Dave Morris Construction LLC.

Rich Edelman Google review · March 2026

Great roofing contractor! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and the crews do great work. I call Dave all the time just for questions I have. Good contractors are always busy and Dave is a very busy man so be patient if you don’t get him first ring. He’ll get back with you!

Grant Petersen Google review · December 2025

Dave & his crew replaced our roof and did a fantastic job!! We’ve used Dave many times since. He remodeled our master bathroom, built a cover over our stairs, concrete work and recently just had our deck railings replaced.
