Every project we complete comes with a two-year warranty and a no-cost maintenance package. During that period, we work directly with you to teach you how to care for your property the right way. We show you what to watch for, how to maintain what we installed or repaired, and how to get the most life out of the work. After the two-year period, you have the option to keep us on for continued service.

Morris Co handles a wide range of work across Arizona, including roofing, roof maintenance, roof leak detection, siding, remodeling, additions, new construction, concrete, decking, commercial tenant improvements, and dry out, water mitigation, and mold remediation. We also manage the full insurance claims process on your behalf, so you are not left navigating paperwork alone during an already stressful time.
